More beef for the Bandit
Suzuki’s big-bore Bandit has long been a favourite for tuning, with large gains available from its four-cylinder engine. Yoshimura has a long-standing relationship with Suzuki and, since the Bandit GSF1250 was unveiled in 2007, has received requests for upgrade parts for its motor.
Just out of development are Yoshimura’s ST-1 camshafts. Designed and tested alongside Yoshimura’s EEC-approved Bandit GSF1250 slip-on end-can, but with no adjustment to the stock fuel injection, the ST-1 cams provide a major gain in peak horsepower with only marginal losses in the rest of the rev range.
