A fast bike just got a lot faster....

Since the launch of the revised Hayabusa in 2008 owners have been asking Yoshimura for a set of performance camshafts to further liberate horsepower and torque from its mighty 1340cc four-cylinder mill.

The wait is over, as just arrived in the UK is Yoshimura’s new ST-1 camshaft set. When used in conjunction with Yoshimura’s JMCA 4-2-1-2 full exhaust system, and without any fuel injection adjustment, peak horsepower with the cams fitted is 175bhp – 3bhp over the same set up with stock cams. Torque output is improved at higher rpm, also.

The addition of a race-style open exhaust plus tailored fuel mapping will obviously give considerable gains over stock.
